The Essentials Workshop Terms & Conditions
‘The Essentials’ is a photography workshop taught by Leon Villagomez. By registering for this workshop The Client indicates he/she understands and agrees to the following terms and conditions:
1. Schedule & Location:
The Essentials workshop is a 6 hour workshop. The workshop will take place on Saturday November 21, 2015 from 12-6:30PM at the Old Creamery Building, Arcata, CA 95521. Location subject to change.
2. Rates & Payment Methods:
a) The Essentials workshop has a price of $150 USD per spot and includes six hours of class and any material necessary for the workshop with the exception of cameras, lenses, flashes and memory cards.
b) To reserve a spot, full payment is required. Payments can be made via paypal by clicking the button attached to the tutorial information page. All payments are handled securely through Paypal Inc.
c) Within 48 hours of registration, The Client will receive a confirmation email and a pdf invoice.
3. Refunds and Cancelations:
a) If for any reason beyond the control of Leon Villagomez, such as an accident, illness, injury, fire, flood or any other reason he cannot comply with the terms and the tutorial is cancelled, he shall be obliged to refund any payments, but have no further liability with respect to these terms and conditions nor be liable for any monies beyond those paid by The Client for the registration.
b) Unless The Essentials, in its entirety, is canceled, there are no refunds, transfers or credits. Workshop attendance is the responsibility of The Client. If for any reason The Client cannot attend , no payment will be refunded by Leon Villagomez.
c) Leon Villagomez reserves the right to adjust and modify the workshop content or cancel the workshop due to unforeseen circumstances. Should the workshop be canceled, a full refund for the registration amount paid will be reimbursed.
My Soma Workshop Terms & Conditions
‘My Soma’ is a photography workshop taught by Leon Villagomez. By registering for this workshop The Client indicates he/she understands and agrees to the following terms and conditions:
1. Schedule & Location:
My Soma workshop is a 3 hour workshop. The workshop will take place on Sunday November 22, 2015 from 3:30-6:30PM at downtown Arcata, CA
2. Rates & Payment Methods:
a) My Soma Workshop has a price of $150 USD per spot and includes three hours of class and any material necessary for the workshop with the exception of cameras, lenses, flashes and memory cards.
b) To reserve a spot, full payment is required. Payments can be made via paypal by clicking the button attached to the tutorial information page. All payments are handled securely through Paypal Inc.
c) Within 48 hours of registration, The Client will receive a confirmation email and a pdf invoice.

Under Control Workshop Terms & Conditions
‘Under Control’ is a photography workshop taught by Leon Villagomez. By registering for this workshop The Client indicates he/she understands and agrees to the following terms and conditions:
1. Schedule & Location:
The Essentials tutorial is a 8 hour workshop. The tutorial will take place on Saturday April 25, 2015 from 10-6:00PM at the Old Creamery Building, Arcata, CA 95521. Location subject to change.
2. Rates & Payment Methods:
a) The Essentials workshop has a price of $300 USD per spot and includes eight hours of class and any material necessary for the workshop with the exception of cameras, lenses, flashes and memory cards.
b) To reserve a spot, full payment is required. Payments can be made via Leon’s Shop by clicking the button attached to the tutorial information page. All payments are handled securely through Stripe.
c) Within 48 hours of registration, The Client will receive a confirmation email and a pdf invoice.
